Last Updated: March 2026

This Teacher Terms and Policy (“Policy”) governs the participation of individuals providing teaching services (“Teacher”, “you”, or “your”) through the Lesson Head platform (“Lesson Head”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering as a Teacher and offering lessons on the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Teacher Eligibility and Verification

To maintain the quality and integrity of the Platform, all Teachers must complete Lesson Head’s verification process before offering lessons.

Teachers must provide:

  • A valid government-issued identification document

  • A recognized teaching certificate or relevant academic qualification

  • Evidence of teaching experience

  • A short introductory video describing their teaching background and methodology

Lesson Head reserves the right to review, verify, approve, reject, or request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Teachers agree that they will not:

  • Accept payments from students outside the Platform

  • Share personal contact information intended to bypass the Platform

  • $1 fixed platform fee per lesson

These fees may be updated by Lesson Head at any time with reasonable notice.

All payments must be processed through the Platform. Teachers agree that they will not request or accept off-platform payments.

First Lesson Discount Policy

To encourage student engagement and platform growth, the following rule applies:

  • Teachers are required to offer a 50% discount on the first lesson for each new student.
  • The discount applies only to the first lesson between a specific Teacher and Student.

  • The discounted lesson remains subject to Lesson Head’s platform fees.

Teachers may not opt out of this requirement.

4. Lesson Scheduling and Automatic Acceptance

Teachers are responsible for managing their own availability through the Platform’s scheduling system.

When a Teacher marks a time slot as available:

  • All lessons conducted through the Platform may be recorded

Teachers acknowledge and consent that recordings may be used for:
